Hi there!
I am going back home for a week, so my room will be empty from the 24st till the 30th.
The total price is 90€ for the week with a 300€ deposit that I will give you back once I am back and everything is fine. It is just a precaution and a assurance for me while I'm away.
I am open to talk about the rent if it's too high, so let me know ;) Same with the caution!
The room is small but has a big 1,40m bed, a shelf and a desk with a chair.
I will leave some free space for your stuff ;)
There is a rubish tip behind the building so it's not suuuuper quiet. But they stop working around 6 and so far has not bothered me during the day :)
The apartment has a nice little kitchen and bathroom which of course you can use.
Both the apartment and my room are non smoking areas.

Sbahn station Schönhauser Allee is 10 minutes away walking and Bornholmer Strasse a bit closer.
Also Trams 12, 50, M1, M2 and M13 stops are nearby.
Mauerpark is also really close.
The area is quite nice, not super noisy at night and there are some nice bars, spätis and cafes around.
My flatmate is a nice 26 year old lady. She's studying and working at the moment. She's easy to live with, quite chilled and open minded. She speaks German and English and loves baking :)
