Hi there!
We´re looking for a nice flatmate for our nice apartment from MAY 1st. The renting period should at least be 6 months with the possibility to extend it.
TOTAL RENT 460 Euros (the price includes all extra costs besides the radio & tv tax which is 6 Euros/Month --> 466 Euros/Month).
DEPOSIT 600 Euros
Please apply only if you intend to stay the whole period.
The room is spacious and luminous and it is entirely and nicely furnished with a large double bed, a desk, a smaller table and a flat screen tv.
The apartment is a renovated Altbau (ca. 100 squared meters). Both the kitchen and the bathroom are very large and well equipped (shower & bathtub, washing machine & dishwasher, oven & everything you need for cooking). Bikes can be parked in the inner courtyard.
Please find attached the pictures of the room and the flat. They'll speak for themselves ;-).
The apartment is located on Marienburger Straße in Prenzlauer Berg and it is perfectly connected:
The nearest tram stop (M4 Hufelandstraße) is less than 1 minute walk away, from which the S-Bahn (Greifswalder Straße) is 2 tram stops away and the U+S-Bahn (Alexander Platz) is 3 tram stops away. M2 (Marienburger Straße) and M10 (Winsstraße or Greifswalder Straße / Danziger Straße) are 5 minutes walk away.
Spätis and supermarkets (Lidl, Edeka, Bio Markt) are also within less than 5 minutes walking distance.
The Kiez is very quiet and safe and it offers plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants as well as the beautiful Volkspark Friedrichshain.
You will be sharing the apartment with Liri and Laura from Germany and Italy :-) . German, English and Italian are the languages in the apartment.
As we are adult and working people, our WG-life is very calm and quiet and it is important for us that you also are a mature and clean, responsible and respectful person to the apartment as well as to the roommates. This is not a party WG!
We value a friendly & comfortable apartment with a good balance between chatting and privacy.
We´ll be happy to answer further questions and arrange flat viewings via email over the next days.
As we work, we´ll only be able to meet you in the evening.
