Hallo liebe Leute, vermiete für einen Monat lang mein schönes Zimmer in Berlin-Prenzlauer-Berg. Die Wohnung besitzt zwei Zimmer, das zu vemietende Zimmer ist 17 qm groß und liegt im ersten Stock. Bad und Küche können mitbenutzt werden. Das Bad ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet, Waschmachine und Spülmaschine sind ebenfalls zur Mitbenutzung vorhanden.
Hello dear people, I am renting my nice room in Berlin-Prenzlauer-Berg for one month. The apartment has two rooms, the room for rent is 17 sqm and is located on the first floor. Bathroom and kitchen are shared. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a washing machine and a dishwasher are also available for shared use.
Die Wohnung liegt im Ortsteil Prenzlauer Berg, und ist gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die Strassenbahn-Haltestelle ist nur 3 min zu Fuss entfernt. Strassenbahn kommt regelmässig alle paar Minuten. Bis Alexanderplatz sind es 15 min mit der Straßenbahn und 5 min mit dem Auto. Gegend und Nachbarschaft sind ruhig. Gleich gegenüber der Wohnung sind zudem einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Rewe und dm).
The apartment is located in the district of Prenzlauer Berg and can be easily reached by public transport. The tram stop is only 3 minutes walk away. Tram comes regularly every few minutes. Alexanderplatz is 15 minutes away by tram and 5 minutes away by car. The area and the neighborhood are quiet. There are also some shopping facilities (Aldi, Rewe and dm) just next to the apartment.
Einziger Mitbewohner bin ich, Samir,. Ich bin 26 Jahre alt, studiere Wirtschaftinformatik im Master an der HTW und mache Zurzeit nebenbei ein Praktikum. Normalerweise wohnen meine Frau und ich in dieser Wohnung, da diese aber für einen Monat in die Heimat fliegt vermieten wir solange unser Gästezimmer. ich bin meist von 8 - 18 Uhr aus der Wohnung und komme erst Abends nach Hause.
The only roommate is me, Samir. I am 26 years old, studying Business Informatics in the Master's degree at the HTW and am currently doing an internship. Normally my wife and I live in this apartment, but as she flies home for one month we are renting our guest room. I am usually out of the apartment from 8 - 18 o'clock and come home only in the evening.
