Ich bin für ein paar Tage nicht da. Daher ist mein ganzes Zeug noch da. Gerne mache ich dir meine Kleiderstange frei.
Die Whg hat ein großes Wohn-Küch-Esszimmer in einem. Sehr relaxing. Alles da, was man braucht. Am besten Bilder anschauen.
Mayan, mein Mitbewohner, bleibt da und unterhält dich oder auch nicht, wie du willst. Er kommt aus Südafrika und spricht Englisch und gut Deutsch. Er ist mega gesellig, kocht super, hat eine gesunde Einstellung zu Ordnung und Sauberkeit, ... Bisher hat er nur gute Rezensionen bekommen:)
Ich glaube, für die paar Tage reicht das. Falls nicht, frag einfach. Wenn du alle Tage mieten willst, dann können wir gern noch mal über den Preis reden.
Kaution verlange ich nicht. Ich möchte betonen, dass ich mein Zimmer einfach vermiete, da ich ein paar Tage nicht da bin. Ich biete dir einen fairen Preis und hoffe, dass du das zu schätzen weißt. Und bitte in der ganzen Whg nicht rauchen.
Genauere Details schreibe ich dir bei Interesse.

I'm out of town for some days. So I leave my stuff in my room, but make space on the hangers. For the rest we'll find a solution.
The apartment has a big room including kitchen, livingroom and dining room. It's best to check the pics. There is everything you need, especially in the kitchen. Dishwasher, Laundry machine, kitchen tools, hifi, towels, etc.
My roommate Mayan stays. He is such a nice guy! Likes to socialize, sports, cooking. He only got good references so far;) He is from South Afica and speaks English and German.
I think, that's enough for some days. If you have more questions, let me know. I don't wanna take a deposit. I wanna offer my room for a fair price for a win-win-situation. Hope you appreciate that. And please no smoking.
