My lovely roommate is sadly moving to Munich which means her cosy room is back on the market! The move in date is the 1st of January 2019 but you can move your stuff in as early as the 20th December if needed.
I'm looking to make a decision on the new housemate by the 10th of November.
The bedroom is approximately 20 square meters. It’s quiet and airy with tall ceilings and big windows on the ground floor. A wardrobe, desk & chair are included as standard.
My roommate would like to sell her additional furniture which you can see in the images which includes sofa, ottoman, curtains, bed, mattress, drawer, 4 frames, carpet, sofa cushions, cushion covers, ceiling lamp, sofa throw, laundry basket and a coat rack for €540.
There are two bedrooms, kitchen with fridge, oven, table to eat, etc… and a bathroom.
There is also a washing machine.
The lease is for 11 months and can be extended for an additional 11 months. I am looking for someone that is looking to live here long term. If needed you can find a new tenant to take over your contract.
Security deposit is €1650. - this can be paid in three monthly instalments if need be.
As you would enter into the rental agreement, the landlord needs the following documents for housekeeping:
- Schufa (solicitar ahora)
- Proof of income or Proof of sufficient savings
Monthly Rent: €450 / Gas: €70 / Electricity: €30
Additional: Internet & GEZ which equates to roughly €20 a month extra.
The approximately 70 square meter apartment is located in the heart of Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg. The quiet street is lined with stately trees with lovely restaurants and bars very close. There are multiple supermarkets, bakeries and organic shops around the corner. The beautiful Kollwitzplatz with its organic farm markets and Friedrichshain Park is just a few minutes’ walk away.
The trams M2, M4 and M10 stations are under a 5 minute walk.

Short and generic replies that don't give me a good idea of the kind of person you are will be ignored. Let me know why you moved to Berlin, what your hobbies are, what your favourite meal is, what you like to do with your time off, etc... Obviously just the more you can tell me about yourself the better and it will help you stand out in the flood of generic emails coming my way. I won't have time to reply to everyone and will get back to people that fit the criteria and seem like the best fit. I would appreciate if you can link your Facebook profile or Instagram along with your reply.
