Hello all!
We are offering a smaller, but cozy room, in our lovely 4 person shared apartment (3 plus you). The rooms window look out into the back courtyard/garden and gets the morning sun. Since it is an old building, each room in the WG has high ceilings and large windows, and as a result is very sunny, especially in the living room and kitchen. The apartment has two bathrooms one with a shower and the other with a bathtub and washing machine. The flat also has a big living room and nice kitchen for sitting and relaxing. Unfortunately, the room comes unfurnished except for what you can see in the picture.
It is very easy to get to and from the apartment thanks to being right next to Vinetastrasse ubahn station on the U2 line (1 stop from the ringbahn) and is only 10 min from Alexanderplatz. Plus we also have the trams running from Vinetastrasse as well.
Living in the WG we have myself, Ben from Australian, plus a German guy and a girl from Egypt. Although we are often quite busy with work and study, we are all very friendly and more than happy to have a beer or a chat sometime. Some of us are studying and others working and all have a variety of interests, but I am sure we can introduce ourselves more correctly when we get a chance to meet you!
IMPORTANT NOTE: As we would like to add the new person to the contract for the WG we would require that you be able to get the following documents for the landlords shortly after moving in. If you know you are unable to get these for whatever reason, we unfortunately wouldn't be able accept you for the room.
