Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und wird möbliert mit Bett, Schränken, Sessel, Tisch usw. vermietet. Die Fenster gehen nach Nordosten auf den zweiten Hinterhof/Garten. Bis mittags gibt es viel Sonne. Die grosse Wohnung hat drei Zimmer, eine Kammer (noch) unbekanntere Bestimmung, ein helles Bad mit Wanne und eine gemütliche Küche und liegt im zweiten Stock im Hinterhaus.
The spacious room comes with bed, table, boards and all that stuff. Very bright till noon. It's a 3 room apartment with a nice kitchen, bright bathroom with bathtub and a little room with unknown purpose (so far). The flat is on the second floor in the back house.
Die Wohnung liegt im Winsviertel, dem gemütlich unaufgeregten Kiez Prenzlauer Bergs. Zur Tram/LIDL/Spätkauf sind es 2 Minuten zu Fuß , zum Alex 10 mit Tram/Fahrrad. Zur Ringbahn sind es auch 10min. Der Volkspark Friedrichshain ist um die Ecke.
The flat is located in Marienburger Straße in the beautiful Winskiez. 2min by foot to Tram/Spätkauf/Supermarket, ten min to Alexanderplatz by bike or tram. Also to the Ringbahn.
In der Wohnung leben Ina und Julian, beide berufstätig. Es wäre schön, wenn Du das auch bist und Dir vorstellen kannst, feierabendliche Entspanntheit in einer geräumigen Wohnung zu mögen. Die Küche ist ein geselliger Ort, ansonsten wird das WG-Leben der geschlossenen Zimmertür sehr geschätzt.
Es brauchte bislang keinen Putzplan, um die Wohnung sauber zu halten :).
In the flat you would live with Ina and Julian, both working and it would be great if u are too and would like the idea of a respectful and chilled after-work-life in a spacious flat.
The kitchen is a nice place for a come-together with beer or so. On the other side, the flat and its rooms allows everyone a living on her/his own.
Theres no need for a cleaning timetable as its a grown-up-shared-flat where everyone is aware about what is necesary;)
Die Wohndauer kann eventuell verlängert werden. Weil die Wohnungs/Zimmersuche in Berlin grundsätzlich aufregend ist und Interessentinnen/Interessenten/ die Anzeige mit der Wohndauer usw. auch gelesen haben sollten, fänden wir es schön, Du würdest deine Nachricht mit dem Wort "Mai" beginnen.
