I am renting a double bedroom with its own bathroom (there are two bathrooms in the flat) for the Month of September. Perfect for someone between flats or who is just arriving in the city to look for something more long term.
The flat has a huge kitchen/diner plus separate living room with huge sofa and TV incl Netflix etc. There is also a small balcony looking over the Hof. All bills incl. wifi included in the price.
I work Monday-Friday 9-5, like to socialise at the weekends etc. etc. I'm from the Uk but am a fluent French and German speaker and am also learning Spanish. :)

Very well located, 3 mins walk from the S Bahn (Greifswalder Strasse) and 7 mins on the tram to Alex. Supermarkets very close, opposite an Edeka and next to an Aldi. Also 10/15 min walk to all the nice streets of Prenzlauer Berg. Since the apartment is in the hinterhof, there is no traffic noise.
Looking for someone clean and friendly! i work regular office hours but am up for a drink/dinners in the evening but of course no pressure :)
