Das Zimmer befindet sich ganz vorne in unserer Wohnung. Direkt neben dem dem Zimmer befindet sich das eigene Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die Wohnung ist eine typische Berliner Altbau Wohnung, hohe Decken, verputzte Wände und Dielenboden. In der Mitte der Wohnung befindet sich eine große Wohn- Küche ca 30 qm groß. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler.
Direkt an der S- Bahn Station Bornholmer Strasse gelegen. Von dort ca. 10 min bis Friedrichsstraß mit der S Bahn. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man direkt durch den Mauerpark fahren und ist dann in ca. 15 Minuten in Mitte, bis Flughafen Tegel mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ca. 30 Minuten. Direkt vor der Tür gibt es einen Lidl, ein Rewe diverse Bio- und Veganläden sind alle fussläufig.
Die Strasse gehört ehr zum etwas unbekannteren teil des Prenzlauer Berges, trotzdem nicht weit bis Stargarder, Helmholtzplatz oder Kastanienallee.
Die Wohnung wird bewohnt von mir und meinem Sohn 17 Jahre, der nächstes Jahr Abitur macht. Ich arbeite als freie Designerin von zu Hause oder bin auch immer wieder tageweise weg für Veranstaltungen. Zur Wohnung gehört auch eine Katze.
