ich vermiete ab 1.10. für 3-6 Monate (oder auch länger) ein Zimmer in einer schönen, sanierten und ruhigen (!) Altbauwohnung in der Metzer Straße (5 Minuten vom Alex), mit idyllischem Blick in den Hof der Bötzowbrauerei. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhof, das Zimmer ist sehr hell, mit Dielenboden und teilmöbliert (Matratze, Sofa, kleiner Schrank, die Fotos sind nicht mehr aktuell). Es gibt eine gemütliche Wohnküche, ein großes Bad mit Badewanne, Waschmaschine.
In der Wohnung wohnt übrigens noch ein sehr netter und entspannter Psychologiestudent. Freue mich auf ruhige Leute (bitte keine Hobby-DJs ;))!

I rent from 1/10/ on for 3-6 months (also for a longer period) a room in a beautiful, renovated and quiet (!) apartment in the Metzer street (5 minutes from Alexanderplatz), with an idyllic view in the courtyard of the Boetzow brewery. The apartment is located in the backyard, the bright room with wooden floor is partly furnished (matress, wardrobe, sofa, not everything that is on the pics.). There is a cozy kitchen, a large bathroom with bathtub, washing machine.
There is a quiet and uncomplicated student living in the other room. Since this is not a party conmunity please include in your request that this is great for you.
