My very cozy and beautiful room (with a balcony in front of a park) will be available from 1.09.2021 till 1.03.2022! (if needed for longer we can talk about it)
My room looks a bit different now cause i changed the style of it, it is def more spacious and i have a bigger mirror. You will for sure like it :))
The price is 450 and the deposit 300 euro (which of course you will have back again once i come back :))
We have two balconies, a huge very cozy living room and a big kitchen!
Everything what is needed is already there :)
It´s a multikulti wg, my flatmates are super lovely people, they mainly work. We chill together a lot but sometimes do also our own things, everyone is super respectful of other people´s time and space. We really love having a chill and family vibe at home which means that we usually cook and eat together, we have a cleaning plan, we play something together or go clubbing or watch movies on our projector :D (again, of course you are free to have some alone time as well! :D)
Transport is very near, you can walk 8 mins to Sbahn/Ubahn Schönhauser Allee, or walk 3 mins to the tram station m13, m2, 12, 50.
Lidl is just on the opposite side of the road.
