Aktuell besteht unsere WG aus Leon, Verena und mir, Tobias.
Kurz zu uns: Wir sind ziwschen 20 und 22 Jahre alt, arbeiten und studieren in Berlin. Wir verbringen gerne Abende zusammen in der WG oder gehen aus. Für uns ist wichtig das Sauberkeit und Zusammenleben stressfrei auch ohne Putzpläne funktionieren.

We are looking for new tenants for our free fourth shared room.

At the moment our flat share consists of Leon, Verena and me, Tobias.
A short note about us: We are between 20 and 22 years old, working and studying in Berlin. We enjoy spending evenings together in the WG or going out. For us it is important that cleanliness and living together is stress-free without cleaning plans.
Mietverhältnis mit Einzelraummietvertrag, 3 Monate Kündigungsfrist zum Quartalsende.
Auf die Kaltmiete wird zusätzlich noch eine Pauschale von 50€ zugerechnet, in der Internet, Strom, GEZ-Gebühren, Abnutzung und eine Hausratsversicherung enthalten sind.
