We are renting a partially furnished room available starting from July 1st until end of July (1 month). The apartment is very clean and is located near S Greifswalder Str. (8 minutes on foot) and also directly in front is bus station “Kniprodestr / Storkowerstr.” (Bus 200). It is in Prenzlauer Berg, so just a couple of stations away are a lot of shops, cafes, and restaurants. Also it is close to 3 parks including Volkspark Friedrichshain. The apartment is very clean and the furniture is new, and the kitchen has everything you would need.
We canceled the flat and need to finish moving out, so want to rent the room as our contract time runs out at the end of July.

Wir suchen ab sofort eine Mitbewohner/in. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und möbeliert. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ist in die nächer von S Greifswalderstr (10 Minuten zu Fuß) oder genau vor dem bus 200 kniprodestr/storkowerstr, in Prenzlauer Berg u. somit auch ganz nahe am zahllosen Läden, Bars, Cafes & Restaurants and volkspark friendrichhein. Direkt vor der Gebäude ist Bus 200 nach Alex. Die wohnung ist sehr sauber und alles neu gemacht.
ist 1 Monate zu Verfügung weil wir gekündigt haben und ausziehen.
Wer das Zimmer sehen möchte, meldet sich.
Kein Rauchen keine Tiere bitte.
