I sublet my 30sm room in my lovely WG. The room will stay fully furnished as in the pictures. You can also use the bedsheet, towels etc.
The flat is on the Prenzlauer Alle just next to the tram station Marienburgerstrasse. We have a Lidl at 50m and tons of bars and restaurants. The ambiance is really nice.
We are two women, Margaux 22 years old, french, anthropologist student and Bex 31 years old, working in an advertising company and Patapouf, a 2 years old cat.
We speak in german, english and sometimes french at the WG and are open to hear a new language at home!
We are hanging out together a lot and would like to find a flatmate who like cooking or doing some activities sometimes with us. We have a floating boat so when it is warm we go on the canal with beers, snacks and speaker and enjoy the Berlin boat vibes.
The cleaning is made every week. We have a cleaning planning and will ask you to respect it.
I am going to France for at leat a month. The room will be free from the 7/09 until the 7/09 (perhaps more).
