18 sqm room overlooking courtyard with high ceiling and two large double windows.
It is (almost) fully-furnished with unique wooden pieces of design which have been built by my flatmate Dima.
The key element is the double loft bed with smart and extensive storage underneath, but the desk and the shelves are worthy of interest as well.
I will only take the mattress and office chair with me when moving out. Everything else (desk, loft bed, wardrobe, shelves) is an integral part of the room and obviously stay :)
The room has also two radiators that make it extremely warm.
Very central location in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg:
- 1 minute walk from M4/M10 Greifswalder Str./Danziger Str
- 8 minutes walk from S-Bahnhof Greifswalder Str.
It takes only 8 minutes to reach Alexanderplatz and 15 minutes to Warschauer Str. or Berlin Hbf by tram.
Many bars and restaurants in the area.
REWE City just 2 minutes door-to-door and a spati opened 24/24 as well. LIDL, Aldi and EDEKA in less than 10 minutes door-to-door.
Volkspark Friedrichshain and Ernst-Thälmann park are also very close for running lovers.
3 awesome boys are ready to welcome you: Dima (31, Kazakh, Entrepreneur), Daniele (28, Italian, Designer), and last but not least Lino (24, Swiss who grew up in the UK, Operation Manager).
We live here like a small multicultural family. It's the perfect place to learn new languages. Dima is bilingual German/Russian, Lino is bilingual English/French and Daniele is the Italian master. Of course, everybody speaks English in the WG. We love to cook together, chillin with music and discuss about everything.
But we DO respect everyone's privacy.
Keeping the WG clean is also really important to make sure that we can all feel like home.
It is really important for us to find the best fit for our WG because we want to keep these family vibes. So please if you are really interested, send us a nice mail which will motivate us to invite you for a coffee in our home!
Very important information also: if you move in, you'll have to pay €500 for the unique furniture of the room like I did when I moved in 1,5 years ago. It may sound a bit expensive but actually, it does not even cover the price of the materials that were needed for the construction of the loft bed. You will easily get your money back when you move out.
