Ich biete hier ein möbliertes Zimmer ab sofort an. Der Mitbewohner (junggeblieben aber aus dem
klassischen Partylife-Alter entwachsen!) ist aktuell nicht da. Die Wohnung würde also vorerst allein bewohnt werden. Ab circa in 8 -10 Wochen wäre es dann erst eine WG im klassischen Sinn.
Das Zimmer ist circa 25 qm groß und sehr hell. Es liegt im Vorderhaus zur Strasse raus. Die Strasse ist aber nicht sehr stark befahren.
Das nötigste ist momentan an Möbeln vorhanden. Allerdings sollte man sich über kurz oder lang eine neue Matratze besorgen oder mitbringen. Die ist schon etwas durchgelegen.
Man kann selbstverständlich auch noch weitere Möbelstücke mitbringen.
Küche und Bad inklusive aller gängigen Geräte können selbstverständlich mit genutzt werden.
ÖPNV und verschiedene Einkaufmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wohnung.
