Hi there,
I'm looking for someone to take over the contract of the apartment (Hauptmieter) from April 2020. The entire apartment is 65sqm, with your room being 20sqm.
The flat is in a newly renovated beginning of the century building (high ceilings, wooden floors) and fully furnished. It is cosy and offers everything you need, dishwasher, washing machine, walk-in shower, etc.
Your room is overlooking the courtyard and a garden, has wooden floors, large comfortable bed and clothing cabinet.
With Mietendeckel we currently pay 890€ for the whole apartment (445€ each) but the contract is 1500€ warm for the whole apartment (it includes gas/electricity but Internet is not included and you will have to subscribe to it, Rundfunkbeitrag is also not included). You have to take into account that if the law passes, rent will be back to 1500€ and we will have to pay back the difference for all month from April.
The apartment is located around the corner from Helmholtzplatz, less than 5 minutes away from Kulturbrauerei and Mauerpark. There are many cafés, restaurants and shops around, but as the apartment is in a side street, you will still be able to come home to a peaceful place.
The apartment is centrally located and easily accessible with public transportation. In less than 5 minutes walking distance you reach Eberswalderstraße, which is a hotspot in Prenzlauerberg, with connections to the rest of Berlin (M10/M12/U2). The U2 can take you in 8 minutes to Alexanderplatz and Schönhauser Allee is in 10min walking distance (S-bahn - Ringbahn ).
There are many supermarkets close by and there are several organic markets and food markets you can go to in the weekend.
The flat has two bedrooms, so you would be sharing the apartment with me. I'mm 25 years, originally from France.
I'm working in digital marketing and freshly arrived in Berlin 6 months ago.
I’m both easygoing and dynamic person. I like going out, go for a hike, having a beer or sharing a good meal and I’m always keen on experiencing new things. But I also enjoy chilling out.
I’m interested in entrepreneurship, ecology, like to read and love having good food.
I do not smoke and like the apartment to be clean but what’s most important for me is that we get along well and have a great atmosphere within the apartment.
I'm both a respectful and sociable person 🙂I am looking for a roommate who is enthusiastic about living together, though respecting each others privacy is also important.
I'm looking for someone to take over the contract from April 2021.
Current rent with Mietendeckel: 890€
Rent without Mietendeckel: 1500€ warm (without internet and Rundfunkbeitrag - about 60€)
