As I'm taking a surfing trip to Lissabon, I'm looking to sublet my 20sqm room in Prenzlauer Berg for two weeks. If you are a producer, this room might be the right thing for you and if you promise me to watch out for my gear, you are free to use it.
The room is super sunny, I have no curtains though, but you are free to borrow a sleeping mask if you're having problems with the light. You will definitely love the couch, as it's super cozy. I will make up some space for your clothes. There's also a small balcony that you can use.
There are two tram sations right in front of the door (M13 and M1), the Station Schönhauser Allee (U- and S-Bahn) is less than 10 minutes away if you're walking. From there you can get to any place in the city pretty quickly.
We also have a Späti right below, so if you need some snacks or drinks, it will be in closest range! There are also a lot of supermarkets close by (Netto, Rewe, Lidl).
This is a shared flat so please be nice to the other flatmates. They are all super nice and you can ask them if you need anything. If you smoke cigarettes, you are allowed to smoke in the kitchen and on the balcony. Unfortunately our dishwasher is malfunctioning right now and I can't guarantee that it will be fixed until you arrival. I will also be available through WhatsApp/Telegram if you have any further questions.
I would be super thankful if you could water my plants (as you can see my palm tree looks a little sad already)
I'll leave around 12am on the 16th of April and will come back around 11pm on the 30th.
