Ab sofort haben wir ein großes möbliertes Zimmer in unserer wunderschönen Altbauwohnung im Prenzlauer Berg frei. Das Zimmer ist im typischen Altbaustil mit hohen Decken, Stuck, Flügelfenstern und viel Licht. Ein eingebauter Podest bietet sehr viel Stauraum sowie eine einzigartige Raumatmosphere. Bestückt mit einem Kleiderschrank (mit Spiegel), 140cm Bett, Esstisch + Stühle, Sessel, Vitrine, Regale, Rollos und ein Beistelltisch wirst du dich bei Einzug sofort zu Hause fühlen.
A large furnished room in our "Altbauwohnung" in Prenzlauer Berg has become available for rent. The room features high ceilings decorated with stucco, large windows and lots of light. Beside a wardrobe (with mirror) a 140cm bed, armchair, dining table + chairs, cabinets, shelves, and blinds, the room also comes with a build in Podium which offers lots of storage space and a unique atmosphere in the room.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich am Rand des Bötzowvirtels im Prenzlauer Berg und ist ca. 2-Minuten Fußweg vom Volkspark Friedrichshain entfernt. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind wahnsinnig gut zu erreichen:
M4 Tram - 2 Minute Fußweg
200 Bus - 5 Minuten Fußweg
Alexanderplatz - 2 Straßenbahnstationen entfernt (oder 15 Minuten Fußweg)
S-Greifswalder (Ringbahn) - 3 Straßenbahnstationen entfernt (oder 15 Minuten Fußweg)
Highlights in unserem Kiez sind das Film Theater am Friedrichshain, der wöchentliche Markt am Kollwitzplatz, Das Muckel Cafe zum Volkspark Friedrichshain, das Yoga Studio direkt im EG unseres Hauses und selbstverständlich der Volkspark selbst.
Our apartment is located on the edge of the Bötzowvirtel in Prenzlauer Berg and is about a 2-minute walk from Volkspark Friedrichshain. Public transport is insanely easy to reach:
M4 Tram - 2-minute walk
200 bus - 5-minute walk
Alexanderplatz - 2 tram stops away (or 15-minute walk)
S-Greifswalder (Ringbahn) - 3 tram stops away (or 15-minute walk)
Highlights in our neighborhood are the Film Theater am Friedrichshain, the weekly market at Kollwitzplatz, The Muckel Cafe to the Volkspark Friedrichshain, the Yoga Studio directly on the ground floor of our house and of course the Volkspark itself.
Der Schnitt der Wohnung sorgt für viel Privatsphäre und gerne auch für gemeinsame Stunden. Die Küche und das Bad werden von allen Mitbewohnern genutzt und sind mit den notwendigen Geräten wie Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle ausgestattet. Wir legen besonders Wert auf Sauberkeit, Achtsamkeit und versuchen unseren Alltag Stück für Stück nachhaltiger zu gestalten.
Wir kochen gerne, trinken gern mal ein Glas Wein und laden auch gern ein paar Gäste zum Spiele- oder Filmabend ein. Ansonsten arbeiten wir viel und sind gern draußen mit unserer Labradorhündin Ava unterwegs.
Unseren Hauselfen Ava, eine 6-jährige Labrador Hündin, gehört auch zu unserem Hausstand. Sie ist sehr gesellig und liebt Besuch.
The apartment's layout provides for privacy as well as opportunities to come-together with the other roomis. The kitchen and bathroom are shared by all roommates and are equipped with the necessary appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. Particular important to us is cleanliness and mindfulness. We also try to make our everyday life more sustainable bit by bit.
We like to cook, drink a glass of wine and invite a few guests for a games or movie night. Otherwise, we work a lot and like to be outside with our Labrador dog Ava.
Our house elf Ava, a 6-year-old Labrador dog, is also part of our household. She is very sociable and loves visitors.
