ab dem 17.07 ist in meiner WG ein schönes, möbliertes Zimmer frei. Ich ziehe in eine eigene Wohnung, daher ist mein Zimmer in dieser WG jetzt frei!
Das Zimmer verfügt u.a. über einen großen Kleiderschrank, ein Bett und einen Schreibtisch. Der Blick geht ins Grüne (Wiese und Bäume).

The room will be free from 17.07, I am moving into my own flat so my room in this WG is now available!
Among others, there is a big wardrobe in the room as well as a bed, a desk etc. Cosy room with view on a meadow and trees.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Ringbahnstation Greifswalder Strasse (zu Fuß 5 min), nur 100 Meter weiter liegt die Bushaltestelle mit der Linie 200 zum Alexanderplatz, Unter den Linden, Humboldt Universität, Brandenburger Tor.
An der S-Bahn fährt auch die M4 (10-12 Minuten zum Alexanderplatz, 7 Minuten zum Volkspark Friedrichshain, ca. 6 Minuten zum Badesee Weißensee).
Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nahe der S-Bahnstation (Aldi, Edeka, Apotheke, Schuh- und Klamottenladen) und sogar eine öffentliche Bücherhalle.
Zu Fuß nochmal 3-4 Minuten weiter gibt es noch einen Rewe, Alnatura, DM, einen Bäcker, Apotheken, das Mühlenbergcenter mit Rossmann, Netto, Ernstings Family, Schlüsseldienst etc.)

5 minutes to S-Bahn Greifswalder Straße (Ringbahn), Tram M4 (Alexanderplatz (12 minutes), lake Weißensee (6 minutes), 1 minute walk to the bus station (line 200 to Alexanderplatz, Unter den Linden, Humboldt Uni, Brandenburger Tor).
Many nearby shops (groceries, clothes etc.) and parks as well as a public library.
In der gemütlichen Wohnküche gibt es eine Waschmaschine und auch ansonsten ist alles da, Küchenutensilien, Staubsauger, Bügeleisen und -brett etc. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne.
Im Haushalt wohnt eine Katze und manchmal kommt ein Hund für ein paar Tage zu Besuch, tierlieb zu sein ist also eine Voraussetzung ;-).
Es gibt einen leicht zugänglichen Fahrradkeller.

You can sit in the kitchen, there is a washing machine and everything else you need (cutlery, plates etc.). All other household electronics are there too. The bathroom has a tub.
A cat lives in the apartment and a dog comes to visit from time to time for a couple of days.
There is an easily accessible bicycle storage room in the basement.
