The room is furnished so no need to bring anything with you. A bag with your clothes and your laptop is essentially enough. We provide you with towels bed sheets and all other things you might need. It is therefore a perfect stopover to arrive in Berlin and go on the hunt for your next appartment.
It is possible though to takeover the room from 1st of August. We will then contact the agency to sort out the things regarding it.
The house is located right next to the tram station Hufelandstraße and a REWE is just across the street, while other shops as LIDL etc. are only 5 min away by foot. Also "hipster" areas as Boxhagener Platz or Kollwitzkiez are just 10-15 min away which makes the location really special.
We have a chill life together, sometimes cooking or enjoying some fifa games against each other but otherwise leave each other do their things like they wish to.
We search for someone who is also open to some activities and likes to be a part of the place for a couple of weeks.
We have all typical appliances you need in the kitchen and also do have a free to use washing machine.
