Die 3-Zimmer Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße nur wenige Schritte vom Helmholtzplatz entfernt und ist komplett ausgestattet einschließlich WLAN, HD Fernsehen und einer Waschmaschine.
Dein geräumiges Zimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen großen Kleiderschrank und eine Kommode, einen gemütlichen Sessel sowie einen Balkon, auf dem ab dem frühen Nachmittag bis Abend die Sonne steht.
Das großzügige Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein gemütliches Ecksofa (ein Element kann zu einem Gästebett 90*200cm ausgeklappt werden), HD-TV und einen Esstisch mit sechs Stühlen.
Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet inkl. Spülmaschine, Espressomaschine und einem Tisch zum gemütlichen Beisammensitzen.
Im Bad befinden sich eine großzügige Dusche (120*90cm), Badewanne und Waschmaschine.
Bei beidseitigem Wunsch besteht grundsätzlich die Möglichkeit einer Verlängerung :)

The apartment is only a few steps away from Helmholtzplatz, one of the nicest areas in Berlin.
Your spacious room counts with a queen bed, a big shelf and a dresser, a cosy armchair as well as a balcony to enjoy the sun on up from early afternoon. All you need are your clothes and your personal belongings to feel at home here.
Besides the apartment offers a living room with a master sofa, TV and a dining table with six chairs.
The kitchen is completely equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster and electric kettle. It also has a table for enjoying your morning coffee.
The bathroom counts with a bathtub, a shower and a washing machine.
The apartment is appointed with everything you need for daily life. Wifi internet, electricity and heating are included in the rent.
It is a very cosy private home, not a commercial rent out space. Parties and pets are not allowed and smoking is allowed only on the balcony.

Located directly in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, the apartment is a great place to visit, work and live in the middle of everything, a highly authentic Berlin place.
Public transport like the S-Bahn Circle line and Subway (Schönhauser Allee) are in about 5 minutes of walking distance. As well metro/tram stops (M1 to Hackescher Markt/Friedrichstraße), M2 to Alexanderplatz and M10 to Friedrichshain and Hauptbahnhof) are only a few footsteps away.
