The rent is 440 € warm (including utilities) + 15 € for internet. The room is 18m 2, and will be available from September, with a possibility to take it a little earlier (mid August). Our flatmate who is leaving will be selling on all her furniture, so if you see something you are interested the photos, you can let us know.
The room unfortunately does not have direct access to the balcony, but you can use this when you would like. 😊 We are currently growing veggies out there. 🍅🌶
The location is very close to Schönhauser Allee. So you have the ring, u2 and m13 and m1 very close by, as well as many choices for supermarkets, florists or whatever your heart desires.
👋🏼☺️ Hello! We are looking for a new addition to our WG. We are Hannah (31, NZ), Laura (30, DE), and Berry (7, dog).
The main language in the flat is English, but we are also speaking German and French.
We appreciate the chill moments in the
flat together, sharing coffee in the morning, a beer on the balcony on a nice evening, or watching an animal documentary together.
We mostly do our own thing, but a few times a week we will spend some moments together to do something nice. 😊
We eat vegan in the flat, it’s not a requirement for you, but when you would like to share any vegan treats, we will be happy to join you.
Also in the flat is Berry, a 7 year old shar pei. He is very well mannered and snuffly, and will ignore you for many days before deciding you are his new favourite.
For cleaning, we have a little bit of structure, but we are flexible. Some weeks it changes depending on what we have going on.
We would prefer someone who would like to stay a year or longer.
