I rent a room with 25 sq m in Prenzlauer Berg, you would live with me. The room costs 550 per month.
I’m very quiet, I usually cook without oil, I work from home and I’m looking for a partner who works outside Some conditions:
-Don’t cook with strong condiments
-No parties at home
-Clean the home 1 time per week (we rotate)
-Anmeldung is posible, but if you don’t need it the price is cheaper. I would like to test the connivance during few weeks how work and then talk about the Anmeldung
The area is top in Berlin, best restaurants, you can find the s Bahn and the u Bahn very close.

There are lidl, rewe and Edeka in the area. Also there is a famous park very close. Mauerpark by bicicleta is around 5 minutes. There are a lot of good restaurants in the area, for example burgermeister is around 700 metres.
Berlin sparkasse or Santander bank are very close. There is a gym for women and other one fitnessfirst around 400 metres
s Bahn and the u Bahn very close (2 min walking)
I am very quiet, I don’t like to make a lot of noise and I usually clean the home one time per week deeply. I like talking and exchange cultures and languages.
