Three months short term rent with potential to extend
You would share the apartment (70m2) with 1 person (Salvador, 27).
The apartment has 3 rooms and 2 balconies. You will get the bigger room and can use our shared office/ workshop space. Check the room for pictures. The room is now without the big sofa and wardrobe as these were from the previous tenant. He also had clothes rack which is perfect if you don't want to bring a wardrobe.
The bigger balcony can be decorated and used by you - feel free to be creative!
Everything is furnished and kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. We have our own dishwasher and washingmachine.
The rent includes everything, Internet, basement, all bills as GEZ etc.

My name is Salva, I am an Engineer and I work in the south of Berlin. I like to go out in and around Berlin or in nature, I am laid back, I speak English and Spanish, my German is WIP,: )
I am looking for a positive and tidy flatmate ideally until end of February 2022. We might be able to extend the room, if my landlord extends my contract past Feb. You can move in with Anmeldung.
We have a shared garden and back yard!
Come over next week Monday - Wednesday or potentially this weekend to check out the flat or Skype if you are abroad. Rent starts in December 1

The modern and renovated Apartment lies in the 4th floor (with Elevator) in a beautiful and quiet street in Helmholtzkiez in Prenzlauer Berg.
Very well connected to Ringbahn (Prenzlauer Allee) Tram and other means of transportation.
The kiez is lovely with many bars, cafes and restaurants. The neighbours are great too, you will enjoy living here as much as I do!
