Ich habe aber dem 10.11 eine Wohnung im Prenzlauer Berg angemietet, leider kann ich erst Jan/Feb nach Berlin ziehen und deswegen suche ich jemanden der kurzfristig ein leeres Zimmer sucht.
Optimalerweise finde ich jemanden der ein Bett vom 10.11.2021 - 10.01.2022 benötigt. Danach könnte man alle 2-4 Wochen schauen wie es weitergeht-
Die Wohnung hat 3-Zimmer und kostet warm ca. 1.500€/Monat. Im Idealfall finde ich 2-3 Leute die für die nächsten paar Wochen einfach ein Bett suchen um sich das Hostel/Airbnb zu sparen und ich nicht für eine leere Wohnung bezahle.
Ich würde eine Matratze in das Zimmer legen und Gläser, Teller und Besteck in die Küche.
Ggf. werden über die Zeit Möbel (Bett, Sofa, Esstisch, etc.) in die Wohnung gestellt.
Die Wohnung hat ein Bad und eine Einbauküche, sowie einen Waschraum im Gebäude (ggf. kommt auch schon zwischen Nov-Dez. eine Waschmaschine geliefert). Die Wohnung ist an sich super schön und verfügt über einen Parkett und Aufzug, welche direkt in die Wohnung im 4ten Stock fährt.
Also wirklich nur falls jemand wirklich nur ein Bett sucht und sonst nicht findet. Gemütlich ist es leider nicht :/

I rented an apartment from 01 of November, unfortunately, I can not move in until Jan/Feb or March 2022.
For that reason, I'm looking for someone who is looking for a bed to sleep in from 10.11. - 10.01.2022; after that, we can be flexible and discuss a longer stay for 2-4 weeks.
The apartment has 3 rooms and is about 1.500€/month (all-in), so ideally I would find 2-3 people to pay (400-500€ / room) who are fine with a room and a bed for a couple of weeks.
I'll put a mattress in the room and cutlery, glasses, and plates in the kitchen otherwise, it will be empty.
Maybe some of my furniture will be delivered during you are staying in the apartment (bed, etc.) but at the moment it often takes 3-4 months delivery so assume that it's really empty.
As I'll start ordering the other interior over the next couple of weeks it might be that there will be a couch or other items arriving during your stay (as the delivery takes between 2-4 months this is not sure).
The apartment has a built-in kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room.
The apartment has a wooden floor is in the 4th floor but has an elevator that goes directly into the apartment.
It's really if somebody doesn't find something else, as its really just the basics (bed and kitchen)
