The room has 24 sq m in Prenzlauer Berg, the ceiling is 4 meters high. The room photos don't do it justice, the parket floor is shining, there is a big window where a lot of light get in.
About the furniture, is possible to give the room with one mattress of 120x2 cm and a clothes hanger, but if you don't want no problem, also you can change the curtains. Also the room is completely painted in white color.
I´ve renovated completely the kitchen 3 months ago, everything is new (fridge, oven, washing machine...) also I add a new mirror, a cabinet and curtains in the toilette

The area is top in Berlin, you can eat in the best restaurants, you can find the s Bahn and the u Bahn very close.
There are lidl, rewe and Edeka in the area. Also there is a famous park very close. Mauerpark by bike is around 5 minutes. There are a lot of good restaurants in the area, for example burgermeister is around 700 metres.
Berlin sparkasse or Santander bank are very close. There is a gym for women and other one (fitnessfirst) around 400 metres
S-Bahn and the U-Bahn are very close (2 min walking)
I’m calm, honest and respectful person, I work from home and I’m looking for a partner who works outside.
For me the cleaning is very important, also I can't understand if someone uses the washing machine 4 times per week or have 2/3 showers per day, dry the clothes in the heating, forget to turn off the lights... because my last flatmate did it.
I am living in Berlin since 6 years ago and I was living in 4 apartments where I shared the apartment with different people and I can say I have assimilated how to live in Germany (mostly in Bavaria) that's the reason that I try to take care everything, the common areas must be clean.
I don’t like making a lot of noise and I usually clean the home one time per week or each 10 days deeply. I like talking and exchange cultures and languages. I am very easy going and open minded.
