Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 2 Zimmer, einen ausladenden Balkon und eine Küche mit Sitzecke.
Das Bad hat sowohl Fenster als auch Badewanne und das Zimmer an sich ist hell und freundlich.
An sich darf alles genutzt werden und auf Wunsch kann Platz für Kleidung geschafft werden.
Das Zimmer wird für ca einen Monat frei da ich ab dem 3.1. für 4 Wochen ins Ausland gehe.

Der Sbahnhof Greifswalderstr liegt 7 min fußläufig entfernt und der Sbhf Prenzlauerallee 10 min somit befindet man sich sehr zentral gelegen und hat im Umfeld zahlreiche Grünflächen und Möglichkeiten lecker zu essen.
In nächster Nähe befinden sich auch zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
The train station Greifswalderstr is only 7 min away and it’s only 10 min by foot to sbhf Prenzlauerallee.
So you would be really close to the center and have great connection to public transport.
There are a lot of parks near by as well as a lot of places with great food.
You’ll have a lot of opportunities for groceries all around the area.
Es gibt eine weibliche Mitbewohnerin und wir sind keine Zweck-Wg sondern verbringen viel Zeit miteinander und kochen sehr gerne vegan/vegetarisch.
Natürlich kein muss aber falls Bedarf steht das Angebot.
Denise studiert soziale Arbeit und arbeitet in einer Wohngruppe für Kinder und Jugendliche.
There will be one other roomie and we usually hang out a lot and love to cook vegan/vegetarian meal together.
