Gesucht ist eine weibliche Mitbewohnerin für ein möbliertes, großes und gemütliches WG-Zimmer (ca. 14 m3 ) in einer freundlichen 4er WG im Erdgeschoss. Die Wohnung hat eine Terrasse, ein Badezimmer inkl. Toilette und eine separate Toilette.
Ruhige und trotzdem zentrale Lage des Bezirks Prenzlauer Berg. Öffentliches Verkehrsmittel und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Gehminuten sehr gut erreichbar.
Besichtigung ist möglich nach Vereinbarung. Da ich nicht immer Zugang zum Handy habe, bitte ich darum, mich nur per
WhatsApp zu kontaktieren. Besichtigung ist nur nach Absprache. Folgende Unterlagen werden benötigt:
- Einkommensnachweise (die letzten drei Gehaltsabrechnung bzw. Nachweis für monatliche Gehaltseingänge im Kontoauszug)
-Schufa (solicitar ahora) -Auskunft.
-Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung.
Ich wäre euch dankbar für einen kurzen Text über dich (Alter, Beruf, Interessen, Hobby...etc.)

We are looking for a female for a furnished big and cozy room in a friendly 4-person shared apartment (approx. 14 m3) on the ground floor. It has a terrace, bathroom inc. toilet and a separate restroom. The apartment has a quiet but a central location in the Prenzlauer Berg district. Public transport and shopping are easy to reach in just a few minutes' walk.
Viewing is possible after arrangement.
Unfortunately I haves limited access to my cell phone, so please drop me first a short introduction about yourself via WhatsApp and tell me about your (age, occupation, hobbies, interests... etc.). Please also send me the following documents in Advance per WhatsApp :
- Income evidence ( the last three payslips, bank statements about the last three loans).
