Befristete Zwischenmiete für den Sommer! Wir bieten eine wunderschöne Künstlerwohnung im allem Prenzelberg Kiez an. Cafés und Bars, kleine Läden um die Ecke. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt vor der Tür, M2 8 min vom Alex und M10 (HBF-Kreuzberg) - die Wohnung liegt zwischen Helmholzplatz und Kollwitzplatz, schöne Wochenmärkte, kleine Parks - alles da für eine entspannten Sommer in Berlin.
Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei hellen Sonnenzimmern (Südseite) mit Balkon, Holzboden, hohe Decken, typische Berliner Durchgangszimmertüren. Eine Küche mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche.
Dein Zimmer hat ein großes Bett, einen riesen Tisch
Ab Anfang Juli bis Anfang September (am besten vom 5.7. bis 5.9.) vermieten wir ein Zimmer in unserer 2 Zimmerwohnung. Wir sind fast den ganzen Sommer nicht in Berlin, meist 1 mal pro Woche, Donnerstags, und im Juli mal eine ganze Woche, aber sonst hast du die ganze Wohnung für dich. Es ist ein Tierhaushalt und der Hund kommt einmal die Woche mit her.

Temporary sublease for the summer! We offer a beautiful artist apartment in the Prenzelberg Kiez. Cafes and bars, small shops around the corner. Public transport right outside the door, M2 8 minutes from Alex and M10 (HBF-Kreuzberg) - the apartment is located between Helmholzplatz and Kollwitzplatz, beautiful weekly markets, small parks - everything is there for a relaxed summer in Berlin.
The apartment consists of two bright sun rooms (south side) with balcony, wooden floors, high ceilings, typical Berlin connecting room doors. A kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Bathroom with bath and shower.
Your room has a big bed, a huge table, a closet and a sofa.
From now on or from the beginning of Juli to the beginning of September we rent one room in our 2 room apartment.We won't be in Berlin for almost the entire summer, only once a week, on Thursdays, and in July for a whole week, but otherwise you'll have the whole apartment on your own. It is an animal household, the dog comes along once a week.
No registration.
