I'm Delfina (25) and I'm looking for a new flatmate starting around March 1st - MOVE OUT DATE NOT DEFINED (!)
Rent is $650 with all costs included, deposit 1 1/2 months.
I have a long-term contract so I'd say we try 2 months and see how we get along and if all goes well we can live together as long as you need. Anmeldung is possible
The room has a big window and enough space for a bed and a small couch area on the side and another with a desk and chair, with a closet behind the door

I'm from Buenos Aires and I love music and arts so ideally, I'm looking to share some interests, I play guitar and sing in a rock band. I have a big nice piano in my room <3
I think it's nice to find a balance between sharing some time together but also having personal space
Anyway, I also like people who are completely different than me as long as we share some essential values, but with just a small chat we can see if we vibe or not
You'd share the flat with my lil doggy Mamba, so you should like dogs. Anyway, she's glued to my side all day, I rarely leave the house without her.
I'm vegan and it'd be great if you were too, or vegetarian, but it's not a matter of life or death
I don't normally throw parties at home, friends come over quite often tho
However, we of course can throw a party every now and then ;)
I used to party sometimes but not quite much at the moment so I'm looking for those who aren't partying all the time either
I think sharing a cleaning standard is important, just basically keeping common areas decent and usable for the other is kinda necessary out of mutual respect
