Hello all,
I'm leaving my room in this shared flat from 10th of June (move out/in date is still flexible between 10th - 15th June. It can be arranged according to your needs as well) and looking for the next mitbewohner*in who would like to take this beautiful room.
The apartment is very big and spacious, fully furnished, and is a renovated Altbau.
The room is 24 sqm, very spacious and bright. You have your own balcony and direct sunlight from morning time until mid-afternoon.
You'll find the room completely furnished with mattress, desk and chair, carpet, armchair, clothing rack and clothing drying rack (Ikea dresser, white clothing racks and Malm shelf are mine and will be taken when I leave the room). All you need to bring is your suitcases and settle down :)
The apartment is located in Kopenhagener Str., a very quiet street that ends in a could-de-sac. There are plenty of coffeeshops and restaurants in the nearby streets, and you're in the best location to quickly reach Mauerpark, Kastanienallee or the Schonhauser Allee and jump on the U or S Bahn and Tram:
- 5 min walking distance from Mauerpark
- 10 min distance to U/S Bahn Schonhauser Allee (U2, S8, S41, S42, M1 Tram)
- 15 min distance to U-Bahn Bernauer Strasse (U8)
- 10 min walking distance to Aldi, Netto or Rewe
- 15 min walking distance to Oderberger Strasse/Kastanienallee/Eberswalder Str.
You'll be sharing the apartment with Erik and Mara, a nice young couple and their kid.
Life in the apartment is very quiet and is the perfect place if you need your quite space and time after a long day in the office.
The apartment is very clean and organized, and it would be very important for you to respect and also keep things that way.

- proximity to many supermarkets, Schonhauser Allee Arkaden, and public transportation options
