Ich suche jemanden, der mein Zimmer mieten möchte vom 10. bis zum 17 Juli 2022.
Die WG besteht aus zwei Mädels aus Deutschland und Portugal und dir. Die Gesamtwohnung (2. OG) beträgt 112qm. Es gibt einen großen Flur mit Sofa, eine Küche mit Essbereich und Badezimmer mit Badewanne.
Das lichtdurchflutete Zimmer selbst ist 27qm groß und besitzt einen Erker mit 4 großen Fenstern.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Mauerpark und Schönhauser Allee in einer Sackgasse, sodass es dort auch schön ruhig ist.
Im Hinterhof gibt es Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder. Der nächste Späti/Post ist 50m entfernt.

I am looking for someone to stay in my room from 10th until the 17th July.
It is in a beautiful “Berliner Altbau” second floor, front building, so the room is facing the street - but don’t worry about the noises because it is located on a dead-end street. The 29 sqm room is the largest in the apartment.
What I love about this room is the big windows so you will get the sunshine in the morning, beautiful doors, and the herringbone floor patterns.
The apartment is 8 mins walk to U2 + S-Ring Bahn Schönhauser Allee, or to U2 Eberswalder Straße. More or less 5 mins walk to M1 tram stop Milastraße. Very close to the Max-Schmeling-Halle and the Mauerpark. 10 to 15 mins to the Kulturbrauerei.
Located in a quiet dead end street so you won't have to worry about traffic noises. There are a lot of supermarket options around the neighbourhood; Rewe, Rewe city, Netto, and plenty of Spätis around the corner within 1-2 min walking distance. Furthermore, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby.
The kitchen has everything you need; a dishwasher, gas stove, and oven. In the bathroom there is a bathtub and washing machine and we also have a small storage room to hide your gigantic stuff or boxes. There is also a cozy living room in the hallway.
