Der Fußboden ist ein originaler Dielenboden. An den Decken gibt es den altbauspezifischen Stuck.
Die Durchgangstüren zu den Nachbarzimmern ist verschlossen und schallisoliert.

Note for groups: There are a total of 3 rooms available.
A huge old building window makes the room very bright.
In the morning you can see the sunrise over the roofs of Berlin from the loft bed.
The loft bed level has huge 6m² and gives the room even more space.
Below you can see the hustle and bustle of Greifswalder Str. and Hufelandstraße.
The floor is an original floorboard. On the ceilings there is the old building specific stucco.
The passage doors to the neighboring rooms is closed and soundproofed.
VERKEHRSANBINDUNG
Direkt vor der Haustür fährt alle 5 Minuten die M4 Straßenbahn, die in 5 Minuten zum Alexander Platz oder zur Ringbahn Greifswalder Str. führt.
Außer 18:00 - 19:00 Uhr findet man immer Parkplätze.
RESTAURANTS EINKAUFEN
In den belebten Straßen finden sich viele leckere Restaurants, Bars und Cafés.
Direkt ggü. gibt es einen Denns-Bio-Markt und einen Lidl. Auf 5 Minuten die Greifswalder herunter gibt es einen Bio Company Markt. 5 Minuten die Hufeland herunter eröffnet ein neuer EDEKA.
Rossmann und Apotheke sind direkt unten.
Im Haus befindet sich ein alteingesessener Neuland Fleischer.
PARKS
Der riesige Friedrichshain ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Geheimtipp ist jedoch der noch näher gelegene Leisepark.

Directly in front of the front door, the M4 streetcar leavesevery 5 minutes, which takes you to Alexander Platz or Ringbahn Greifswalder Str. in 5 minutes.
Except 18:00 - 19:00 you can always find parking spaces.

In the busy streets you can find many delicious restaurants, bars and cafes.
Directly opposite there is a Denns organic market and a Lidl. At 5 minutes down the Greifswalder there is a Bio Company market. 5 minutes down the Hufeland a new EDEKA is opening.
Rossmann and pharmacy are right downstairs.
There is a long-established Neuland butcher in the building.

Ich (Alex) habe mein Büro in der Wohnung und freue mich auf interessante Leute.
Wenn das Büro nicht besetzt ist (ca. 4 Tage werktags besetzt) kann der Balkon gern genutzt werden.
Die Küche ist voll eingerichtet und bietet auch Platz zum gemeinsamen Essen.

I (Alex) have my office in the apartment and look forward to interesting people.
If the office is not occupied (about 4 days weekdays occupied) the balcony can be used with pleasure.
The kitchen is fully equipped and also offers space to eat together.
