Neben Greiswalderstrasse S bahn (8 minuten zum fuß). Es ist die Beste Bezirk berlin, mit Gute restaurant, Backerei daneben, Friedriechhain ist neben fur party People.

Es handelt sich um eine 4-Personen-WG. Jedes Zimmer ist über den Flur erreichbar. Badezimmer und Küche sind Gemeinschaftsräume (Bad mit Badewanne).
Loukas (26) arbeitet in ein Musik label.
Lino (26) arbeitet in eine digital Marketplace.
Und Dima (34) lauft ein Corona Test Zentrum.
Wir würden uns sehr über jemanden freuen, mit dem man hin und wieder etwas unternehmen kann. Weiterhin finde ich es toll, zusammen zu kochen oder mal eine Serie zu schauen und ein Bierchen zu trinken.

Du solltest ordentlich sein und die Gemeinschaftsräume sauber halten. Ob wir diesbezüglich einen Putzplan machen, können wir gemeinschaftlich entscheiden (bisher gibt es keinen). Ansonsten sind wir entspannt 😊
