Hi,
ich vermiete meine Wohnung in Prenzlauer Berg für mindestens zwei Wochen Anfang Oktober. Für den Rest würdest du sie mit mir teilen. Sie befindet sich in der Nähe der Ringbahn. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 67m2 groß und hat einen Balkon. An den Balkon grenzt ein großes Schlafzimmer mit 1,40 m Pallettenbett und viel Stauraum an. Außerdem gibt es ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Sofaecke und Beamer für Filmnächte. Hier lässt es sich auch gut von zuhause arbeiten. Einen extra Monitor gibt es auch. Dazu gibt es eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, die besonders morgens schön hell ist. Im Badezimmer mit Tageslicht gibt es eine Waschmaschine und eine Dusch-Badewanne. Zu guter Letzt gibt es noch ein kleines Zimmer, in dem ich normalerweise schlafe und wo ich währenddessen meine Sachen unterbringen würde. Es ist nur etwa 7m2 groß und würde quasi nicht mitbenutzt werden können. Schreib/t mir bei Interesse, dann kann ich Fotos teilen.
Die Miete für die zwei Wochen würde 600€ warm betragen (Internet inklusive). Dazu kommt eine Kaution von 400€, die ich anschließend zurückzahle. Ich suche jemanden, oder auch gerne ein Paar, der oder die keine wilden Partys in der Wohnung feiern, auf Sauberkeit achten und respektvoll mit meinen Dingen umgehen. Mit den Daten bin ich flexibel. Ich plane zwischen dem 16. und 20. Oktober zurück in die Wohnung zu kommen. Wenn du oder ihr plant länger zu bleiben, können wir auch gerne über ein kurzfristiges WG-Miteinander reden. Sprecht mich gern darauf an.
Noch kurz zu mir: Ich bin Marlen, 28 Jahre alt und unkompliziert. Ich mache gerne Sport und mag es gern ordentlich und sauber. Ich habe schon oft in WGs gelebt.

In the bathroom with daylight there is a washing machine and a shower-bathtub. Last but not least, there is a small room where I usually sleep and where I would put my stuff meanwhile. The rent for the two weeks would be 600€ warm (internet included). In addition, there is a deposit of 400€, which I pay back afterwards.
