Ich habe zum 1.12. eine Wohnung in der Dunckerstraße, für die ich eine/n liebe/n Mitbewohner/in suche!
Die Wohnung ist hell und in super Zustand, die Küche ist groß genug für gemeinsame Abende am Küchentisch und das Bad groß genug um den Wäscheständer dort aufzustellen ;) Es gibt eine kleine Kammer und einen Keller, als ordentlich Stauraum!

I have a flat in Dunckerstraße for which I am looking for a lovely flatmate!
The flat is bright and in great condition, the kitchen is big enough for evenings together at the kitchen table and the bathroom is big enough to dry your clothes here ;) There is a small room and a cellar for storage!
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. OG im Hinterhaus in der Dunckerstraße, mitten im Prenzlauer Berg mit Cafés, Bars, Restaurants etc. Tram, U-Bahn und S-Bahn sind alle super nah und fußläufig zu erreichen. Lidl und Rewe sind direkt um die Ecke.

The flat is in the Gardenhouse, 3rd floor in a house in Dunckerstraße, in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg with Cafés, Bars, Restaurants etc. Tram, U-Bahn and S-Bahn are super close. There are two big supermarkets right around the corner.
Du wohnst mit mir, Clara, zusammen. Ich komme aus der Nähe von HH und wohne und arbeite seit über 4 Jahren in Berlin. Nun ist mir diese schöne Wohnung in den Schoß gefallen, möchte aber die 77qm nicht alleine bewohnen.
Zu mir: ich war im Studium viel im Ausland unterwegs, hab mich aber dann doch nach Deutschland gezogen gefühlt. Ich arbeite als Unternehmensberaterin, aber für den Public Sector. Würde sagen ich bin deutlich weniger spießig als mein Beruf - ich liebe es, Dinge aller Art zu unternehmen und freue mich immer über neue Leute in meinem Leben. Unter der Woche arbeite ich (gerne von zu Hause), mache Sport oder treffe mich mit FreundInnen, am Wochenende gehe ich mal ins Museum, mal in den Club und mal nach Brandenburg zum Spazieren. Es wäre super, wenn du einen ähnlich geregelten Tagesablauf hättest.
Ich suche eine humorvolle Wohlfühl-WG, in der ich den lieben langen Tag im Bademantel herumlaufen kann, man zusammen Tee oder Bier schlürft, Netflix guckt aber auch gemeinsam um die Häuser zieht.
Ich bin ordentlich und mag's wenn man die Wohnung gemeinsam sauber hält (oder eine Putzkraft engagiert).

You would live with me, Clara. I am 28 years old, come from near Hamburg and have been living and working in Berlin for over 4 years. Now I am looking (once again) for a nice new home, where I can arrive and meet new people.
About me: I travelled abroad a lot during my studies, but then felt drawn to come back to Germany. I work as a management consultant for the public sector. I'd say I'm a lot less stuffy than my profession - I love to do all kinds of things and am always happy to have new people in my life. During the week I work (gladly from home), do sports or meet friends, on weekends I sometimes go to the museum, sometimes to the club and sometimes to Brandenburg for a walk. It would be great if you had a similar daily schedule.
I'm looking for a humorous, feel-good flat-share where I can walk around in my bathrobe all day long, sip tea or beer together, watch Netflix, but also go out together.
I am tidy and like to keep the flat clean together (or hire a cleaner).
