Wir suchen für die Zeit vom 10. Dezember 22 bis zum 18. Januar 23 nach einem Mitbewohner für ein helles, 36 qm großes Zimmer in einer schönen, 114 qm Altbauwohnung am Teutoburger Platz (Grenze Mitte/Prenzlauer Berg, also beste Gegend). Denn Ben, unser 3. in der WG, geht auf Reisen.
Im Zimmer ist ein Hochbett und eine große Couch, es hat Parkettboden, ist ziemlich hoch und für die Gegend relativ ruhig. In der Küche kann man an einem großen Tisch sitzen, reden und essen, das Bad ist gefliest und hat ein Fenster. Last but not least steht ein lebensgroßes Kunststoffpferd im schönen Hinterhof ...
Die Miete ist pro Monat, zusammen sind es also 700 Euro, gedacht und beinhaltet Heizung, Strom, Gas, Wasch- und Spülmaschine, WLAN-Flatrate.
Eine WG-Besichtigung ist am 30. November von 16 bis 17 Uhr möglich.
We are looking for a flatmate for about five weeks for a nice room with 36 qm in a beautiful flat (114 qm) in Prenzlauer Berg. The rent is per month, that means for the entire time 700 €, and is inclusive warmth, energy, gas, washing machine, refrigderator, dishwasher, WLAN-Flatrate.
The kitchen has a big table to eat and talk together. The room has a high bed and a big couch inside. Last but not least we have a black plastic horse in our courtyard ;-)
On the 30th of November 16 bis 17 Uhr is the possibility for a viewing.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, aber ruhig gelegen. Der U-Bhf. Senefelderplatz ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, die Tram ebenfalls. Supermarkt 300 m entfernt, Biomarkt auch. Ansonsten um die Ecke alles an urbanem Leben, was das Herz begehrt :-)
The flat is situated in a central, interesting but quiet area in Prenzlauer Berg, near U-Bhf. Senefelderplatz (3 min), Tram 3 min. Supermarket 300 Meters away, Bio-Market too. Around the corner all things for urban life you wish :-)
Wir sind eine Berufstätigen-WG. Marc (35) hat Public Management und European Studies studiert und arbeitet als Nachhaltigkeitsmanager für einen sozialen Träger. Katja ist Journalistin und Hauptmieterin.
Ganz wichtig: Das ist keine Zweck-WG!
Wir würden auch für diese kurze Zeit einen Mitbewohner bevorzugen, der nicht nur in einer WG wohnt, weil er sich die Mietkosten teilen will, sondern der Lust darauf hat, uns kennenzulernen.
Jeder von uns beiden mag das Berliner Clubleben mit Livekonzerten, Katja mag Rock, Punk und Pop, aber auch mal Klassik, Theater und Ausstellungen. Außerdem trainiert sie Ninjutsu.
Marc ist Punk- und Heavy-Metal-Fan, kocht gern und spielt Doppelkopf. Kino und Brettspielabende und alle möglichen sportlichen Unternehmungen wie Radfahren und Bouldern mögen wir beide.
Wir suchen für das Zimmer wieder einen Mann zwischen 30 und 60 Jahren.

Marc is more Punk and Heavy-Metal-Fan, likes to cook and is playing Doppelkopf. Wie both like movies, board games and sporting activities such as cycling and bouldering.
For the room we are looking for a man between 35 and 60 years.
