Die Wohnung ist ein renovierter Altbau mit schönem Holzboden und hohen Wänden. Es gibt zwei gleich große Räume (je ca. 23qm), ein kleines Sofazimmer (ca. 11qm), eine große Wohnküche mit Essplatz (ca. 25qm), ein Bad (ca. 15qm, Tageslicht, Dusche und Wanne), Flur (mit Abstellkammer) und ein Gästeklo.
Es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Der Essplatz und Flur wird mit neue*r Mitbewohner*in neu eingerichtet.
Durch die 4. Etage ist es sehr hell, morgens in der Küche und Bad, ab 13 Uhr in den Zimmer. das haus ist ruhig und freundlich. Es gib einen Außenaufzug der aber nur jede zweite Etage hält und nur mit Schlüssel funktioniert. Das Treppenhaus, Außenfassade und Innenhof wurden auch erst im letzten Jahr renoviert.
The apartment is a renovated old building with a beautiful wooden floor and high walls. There are two rooms of the same size (each approx. 23 square meters), a small sofa room (approx. 11 square meters), a large eat-in kitchen with dining area (approx. 25 square meters), a bathroom (approx. 15 square meters, daylight, shower and tub), hallway (with storage room) and a guest toilet.
Everything is there that is needed. The dining area and hallway will be refurnished with a new roommate.
Due to the 4th floor it is very bright, in the morning in the kitchen and bathroom, from 1 p.m. in the room. the house is quiet and friendly. There is an outside elevator that only stops every second floor and only works with a key. The stairwell, exterior facade and inner courtyard were also renovated last year
Die Wohnung ist im Prenzlauer Berg, fast schon Friedrichshain, ziemlich direkt an der Greifswalder Straße mit vielen Cafés und Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten. Die nächsten Tramstationen ist die Greifswalder/Danziger und die Hufelandstraße. Nächste SBahnstation ist die Greifswalder.
Sehr schöne Gegend, vieles fußläufig zu erreichen :)
Very close to supermarkets (Lidl, Rewe and Edeka) all within 7 min distance, same as services you might need such as pharmacy, coffeshops, and plenty of good restaurants nearby to grab a quick lunch or nice dinner.
Close by from public transport (M4, M10 5 min away), walking distance from both Mauerpark (20 min walk, fun on sundays) Kollwitzpark (saturday market!) and volkspark friedrichshain (10 min walk).
We are 2 girls (you would be living with one only as i am moving out for the month), both working sometimes from home and sometimes from our office. We are rather independent, but enjoy having dinner or lunch together a couple of times per week. Happy to have a mix, but we will figure it out.
