Hallo, ich tausche mein wunderschönes WG-Zimmer (24qm) in unserer Wohnung in Prenzlauer Berg (8 min zu Fuß von der Schönhauser Allee) gegen eine Ein- oder Zweizimmerwohnung im oder um den Ring bis 650€ warm. Das Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster, einen Balkon, Eichenparkett und hohe Decken. Ich würde ein paar Möbel da lassen, das kann gerne abgesprochen werden.
Man ist in 3 min zu Fuß an der Tram M13 Richtung Warschauer Straße und M1 Richtung Hackescher Markt. Mit der Tram braucht man 15 min nach Mitte. Von der Schönhauser Allee, zu der man 8 min zu Fuß braucht, fährt die Ringbahn und die U2. In 300m Entfernung liegt ein Lidl, eine Apotheke und verschiedene Ärzt*innen. In den Schönhauser Arkaden an der Schönhauser Allee sind dm, Netto, Edeka etc.
Die Mitbewohnerin studiert zur Zeit im Master Germanistik und arbeitet nebenher. Sie ist sehr nett und offen, es wird viel wert auf ein freundliches und respektvolles Miteinander gelegt.
