Wg im Prenzlbrg

Hi,
ich biete ein Zimmer in einer 3 Zimmer Wohnung an. Die Wohnung hat 2 von einander getrennte Bäder, jeweils mit Dusche und Toilette. Es gibt eine sehr große Wohnküche, diese unterteilt die komplette Wohnung, so sind die jeweiligen Wg Zimmer 7 Meter von einander entfernt, man hört den anderen somit kaum. Es gibt einen insgesamt 10 Meter langen Balkon von dem jedes Zimmer Zugang hat. Die Wohnung hat ein hohen Standard, so gibt Fußbodenheizung, Parket und elektronische Rollläden. Das Haus in dem sich die Wohnung befindet ist in zwei Partien getrennt, es gibt also nur eine Nachbarin. Das Haus befindet sich im zweiten Hinterhof und es ist somit sehr ruhig.

Zu mir:
Ich bin 37 Jahre alt und Pädagoge, ich arbeite mit jungen erwachsen zusammen und mache Verhaltenstherapien mit ihnen. Zudem verdiene ich mein Geld noch als Box trainier.
All in all arbeite ich recht viel und verbringe viel Zeit mit Sport aufgrund meines Berufes.

Zu Wg:
Ich würde mich über eine ruhige Wg freuen, gerne können natürlich auch Freude eingeladen werden etc. ich finde es nur wichtig das man den Schlafrythmus des anderen respektiert (ist mir wirklich sehr wichtig).

Wenn dir gefällt was ich geschrieben habe, dann bewerbe dich doch einfach.

Ich freue mich auf deine Antwort. Ich würde mich auch sehr darüber freuen wenn du kurz was zu dir schriebest und vor allem 3 Punkte die innerhalb des Wohnens gar nicht gehen. Wenn du ein Bild von dir hinzufügen willst gerne, ist aber absolut kein Muss.

I am offering a room in a 3 room flat. The flat has 2 separate bathrooms, each with shower and toilet. There is a very large kitchen-living room, which divides the entire flat, so the rooms are 7 metres away from each other, so you can hardly hear the other person. There is a 10-metre balcony from which every room has access. The flat has a high standard, so there is underfloor heating, parquet and electronic shutters. The house in which the flat is located is separated into two lots, so there is only one neighbour. The house is located in the second backyard, so it is very quiet.

About me:
I am 37 years old and an educator, I work with young adults and do behavioural therapy with them. I also earn my money as a boxing trainer.
All in all, I work quite a lot and spend a lot of time doing sports because of my job.

About Wg:
I would be happy about a quiet flat share, of course you can also invite friends etc. I just think it is important that you respect each other's sleep rhythm (is really important to me).
