I am 54, friendly, humorous, and interested in exciting people. I have a room for rent - for a few months or longer if you like it.
Basically, I would like you to think and act ecologically, to use resources sparingly and to be at least, like me, an "almost" vegetarian.
I like cleanliness - but I'm not a good cleaner.
I work as a philosopher and record dealer. My daughter (12) lives with her mother in the flat next door and is a regular "visitor" to me. If I am iced out, you are welcome to use my balcony.
The flat is conveniently located in the middle of Prenzlauer Berg: five minutes to the S-Bahn, U-Bahn, tram and bus. The room has sanded floorboards and is furnished with a nice, big bed and other nice furniture.
The room is heated the old-fashioned way, but comfortably and cosily with wood and coals in the chic, fire-red stove. Of course, you don't have to worry about fuel - it's included in the rent and will be provided directly to you.

Ich bin 54, freundlich, humorvoll, und interessiert an spannenden Menschen. Ich habe ein Zimmer zu vergeben - für einige Monate oder bei Sympathie auch für länger.
Grundsätzlich wünsche ich mir das du ökologisch denkst und handelst, also sparsam mit Recourcen umgehst und midestens, so wie ich, ein "beinahe" Vegetarier bist.
Sauberkeit mag ich - bin aber kein guter Putzer.
Ich arbeite als Philosoph und Schallplattenhändler. Meine Tochter (12) lebt mit ihrer Mutter in der Wohnung nebenan und ist regelmäßig zu "Besuch" bei mir. Wenn ich vereist bin, darfst du gerne auch meinen Balkon nutzen.
Die Wohnung liegt super Verkehrsgünstig mitten im Prenzlauer Berg: fünf Minuten zur S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Tram und zum Bus. Das Zimmer hat abgeschliffenen Dielen-Fußboden und ist mit einem schönen, großen Bett und hübscher anderer Möblierung ausgestattet.
Geheizt wird auf altmodische Art, aber bequem und gemütlich mit Holz und Kohlen im schicken, feuerroten Kaminofen. Du musst Dich natürlich nicht um Brennmaterial kümmern - es ist im Mietpreis inbegriffen und wird dir direkt bereit gestellt.
