We are offering a spacious furnished room in a central location for a few months! The flat:
-Large room with bed, table, Ikea clothing organizer thingy
-Fully outfitted kitchen, including microwave
-Washing machine
-Across the street from Volksparkfriedrichshain
- ~one minute walk to M10, bus 200.
-After living there for several years, I can say that it feels like it's not particularly close to anything (other than the park), but it's also not far from anything. If you like to see different parts of the city, this can be a great location.
Living with you will be Yuval, from Palestine-Israel. He is a visual artist, and a great roommate. Very easy to get along with, very cooperative, and honestly just a pretty fascinating dude. I'll let him speak for himself, but my experience with him has been great. At the end of March however, David will move out, and for the rest of the time you will have the whole flat for yourself.
Move in and move out dates somewhat flexible, perhaps we can talk about that together. Unfortunately, Anmeldung is not possible. When you write, please indicate that you have read the ad - nothing wrong with copy pasted stuff, just include something that proves you understand the ad, so that neither us nor you must waste time!
