IN SEARCH OF A FLATMATE FOR THIS GORGEOUS, BRIGHT, & SPACIOUS FLAT IN PRENZLAUER BERG

Furnished 3-room 91sqm flat in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg. On the 4th floor with a lovely large balcony overlooking Wisbyer Str. We are looking to rent out the second, furnished bedroom. The room is large, roughly 23sqm and the rent is €967 all included.
In terms of rental period, we are open to long-term or short term stays with flexible dates - depending on your needs. This is an open room in a shared flat, so no one is coming back to claim the space (we have no end dates). Need some time to get your footing? Or looking for a long term flat in a different burrow? No prob. We ask that at a minimum, you commit to 3 months and offer the possibility of a long-term contract (6 months, or 1 year) if we think the fit is right!
The apartment will include everything you would need. It’s stocked with a fully equipped roomy kitchen (pots, pans, cutlery, utensils, toaster, water kettle, washer, etc) and a fridge just for you! A 24sqm livingroom with a beamer for movie nights, 2 couches, and direct access to the balcony (we have plans to redecorate this area, there will be lots of plants and new furniture). Bathroom includes a bathtub as well, if you like to soak with a glass of wine in the evenings! Really just an all around gorgeous space with all the essentials.
The location is a quick walk to S/U-Bahn Schönhauser Allee. There are also multiple tram line connections right in front of the apartment door (Tram lines 12, 50, M1, M2, M13, & Bus M2). You can find many great restaurants (lots of superb Chinese & asian food too), cafes, ice cream parlors to cool off in the summer, and amazziingg brunch spots nearby - and a Lidl just across the street! Super close to Mauerpark and you have a movie theatre literally one street over.
What we are looking for:
A lovely flatmate (length of stay to be determined) to share this beautiful home with. You would be living with Patrick, myself, and our adorable CAT, Prince Pierre (who is extremely affectionate and will immediately adopt you as family). I know the flat hunt can be real on here, so we are open to all walks of life, all genders/non-binary, LGBTQIA+, we don’t discriminate!
We seek someone who really values communication and transparency - as we want to make this a comfortable and open space for everyone. We are seeking (preferably) a younger working professional or student. Cleanliness and consideration are the main traits we are looking for in an individual; someone who will clean up after themselves and is mindful of noise/shared spaces.
A little bit about us: My boyfriend and I are Americans from Austin, TX. We have been together for 8 years, since high school. We are a loving couple, both 26 years old, very open people, low drama, kind souls, friendly, great communicators, and highly organized. We are really looking forward to meeting you!
