Sublet 23.7-31.8 in a bright and big room Prenzlauer Berg

Hi! ;) Ich bin Sophie (27), deutsche Muttersprachlerin und englischsprachige Schauspielerin und Synchronsprecherin. Ich arbeite 3 Tage in der Woche für eine Produktionsfirma und die restliche Zeit als Freelancerin.

Ich untervermiete das Zimmer für meinen Mitbewohnern, die beruflich unterwegs ist. Es ist ein großes Zimmer mit einem Bett, einem Schreibtisch und einem Kleiderschrank. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und liegt super zentral mit vielen Cafés in der Nähe. Ich würde gerne mit jemandem zusammenleben, der gerne zusammen kocht, plaudert oder einen Kaffee trinken geht oder etwas anderes! Kommunikation ist mir sehr wichtig, immer sagen wenn was ist und aufeinander verlassen können wäre super. Ich bin kein Fan von jemandem, der ein großes Partytier ist und nicht sauber ist. Party mach ich natürlich auch und mal in ner Wg was trinken geht auch ;) nur leise in der nacht heimkommen. Das wäre nir wichtig :)

Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit mir teilen und ich bin ein ziemlich entspannte und ruhige Mitbewohnerin. Ich würde jemanden bevorzugen, der nicht in Vollzeit von zu Hause aus arbeitet. Die Wohnung ist in der Jablonskistr. Es gibt eine 50/50 Chance, die Untermiete zu verlängern, aber ich muss mit meinem Mitbewohner sprechen, ob er wirklich auszieht.

Schickt mir eine Nachricht. Würde mich freuen, von dir zu hören. Bitte schreib über dich einige Information lass mich wissen, wie viele Möbel du selbst hast. Ich kann dir auch ein Bett für die Zeit anbieten, aber evtl brauch ich es selbst wenn du eh eins hast.

Hi! ;) I‘m Sophie (27) german native and english fluent actress and voice artist. I work 3 days a week for a priduction company and the rest of it as a freelancer.

I’m subletting the room on behalf of my flatmate who’s away for work. It’s a big room with a bed, desk and closet. The flat is quiet and is super central with loads of coffees close by. I’m not a fan of someone whos a big party animal and is not clean. It’s important for me to sleep and if you go out please come back quiet! Sorry, my sleep is light. Other than that, I’d love to live with someone who like to cook together, have a chat or go for a coffee or something else!

You’d share the place with me and I’m a pretty relaxed and calm flatmate. I’d prefer somebody who doesn’t work from home full time. The flat is in Jablonskistr. There’s a 50/50 chance to extend the sublet but I have to talk to my flatmate if he’ll mobe out for sure.
