Ich suche eine Person die in dieses schöne Zimmer meiner Altbauwohnung ziehen möchte. Der Preis beträgt 350 EUR.
Die Wohnung ist hell und modern gestaltet. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne und ist sehr sauber.
Auch die Küche ist freundlich gestaltet und es befindet sich eine Waschmaschine darin.
Das Zimmer mit ca. 7 bis 8 qm2 ist schmal geschnitten und es befindet sich bereits ein Bett und ein Schreibtisch bzw. eine Ablage darin. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil Reinickendorf.
Ich bin ein offener Mensch und helfe dir gerne falls du ein Problem hast. Jedoch werde wenig Zeit in der Wohnung verbringen, weswegen du auch deine Ruhe haben wirst.

I am looking for a person who wants to rent a 7 to 8 qm2 room in Reinickendorf. It is furnished with a bed an a small desk.You can stay from may till june, but maybe for longer. The price will be 350 EUR.
The apartment is bright and has a nice bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchens is clean and has a washingmachine.
I am eager to help you anytime, but for the most of the time i am not going to be there. So that you'll have a quiet and nice place to stay!
