Hallo, da ich mich im Auslandsemester befinde, steht mein Zimmer vom 01.03 - 30.06 frei. Vorab, das Zimmer ist lediglich für Frauen/ Paare (max. 2 Personen). Die Katze wird zu dem Zeitpunkt auch nicht da sein. Das Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet. Es ist eine 2-Zimmer Wohnung, wobei das andere bereits an zwei Azubinnen vermietet wurde.
Hello everyone, since I won’t be home for an exchange year, my room is free from 01.03 till 30.06. Due to it being my own room I would prefer women/ couples (max. 2 persons). I am taking my cat with me, therefore it won’t be there as well. The room is fully furnished with essentials. It’s a 2 Bedroom flat, with already two flatmates (females) in the other room.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe vom Kurt-Schumacher-Platz (Reinickendorf) und vor der Haustür befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle sowie Supermarkt, Apotheke, etc. die in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen sind.
The location is near Kurt-Schumacher-Platz (Reinickendorf) and infront the building is a busstation. Supermarkets and pharmacies are all nearby (5 mins by foot).
Da es sich um mein privates Zimmer handelt ist mir Sauberkeit und Ordentlichkeit sehr wichtig. Ich brauche daher das Gefühl dass ich euch meine Sachen anvertrauen kann.
As it is my private room, cleanliness and tidiness are very important to me. I need to feel that I can trust you with my belongings.
