Hier eine Schnelle Übersicht:
- Dein schönes Zimmer ist super möbliert und 26qm groß! (Ausstattung: alles was du brauchst und mehr)
- Küche und Bad sind voll auch ausgestattet (wir reden hier von Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, gute Pfannen & Töpfe,...)
- Es gibt einen Hinterhof, super zum Fahrrad abstellen
- Lage der Wohnung ist genial, alles was du brauchst ist da und 12 min zum Flughafensee (unnormal schön dort)

Da mein Bruder und Ich gerade am reisen sind wohnst du mit unserm guten Freund ( 23 Jahre alt )zusammen der sich im Studium befindet bis mein Bruder ( 22 Jahre alt ) von seiner Reise ende April zurückkehrt.

Wir suchen jemanden der in unsere WG gut reinpasst. Was wir mögen sind Menschen, die nett, humorvoll und positiv sind. Jemand, der rücksichtsvoll, zuverlässig und offen ist.
ACHTUNG: Bitte schreib nicht wenn du es schwer hast, die Wohnung sauber zu halten, das ist einfach nur anstrengend für die anderen, wenn jemand nicht seine/ihre Sachen nicht richtig sauber macht :D Hygiene und Ordnung ist uns wichtig. Wir lachen viel und haben immer eine geile Zeit zusammen.
Wenn du auch so drauf bist, meld dich sehr gerne bei mir. Wenn das auf dich alles zutrifft, wirst du dich hier richtig wohl fühlen :)

Ich werde dir bei Whatsapp ein Video mit einem Rundgang durch die WG geben und alle aus der WG kurz vorstellen, noch bevor du persönlich vorbei kommst.

Here's a quick overview:

- Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped as well (we are talking: washing machine, dishwasher, good pans & pots,...)
- There is a backyard, great for bike parking
- Location of the apartment is great, everything you need is there + 2min to the bahn and 12 min to the airport lake (abnormally beautiful there)

As my brother and I are traveling at the moment, you will be living with our good friend (23 years old) who is studying until my brother (22 years old) returns from his trip at the end of April.

We are looking for someone who fits well into our WG.
What we LIKE are people who are nice, humorous and positive. Someone who is considerate, reliable and open minded.
ATTENTION: Please don't write if you have a hard time keeping the place clean, it's just stressful for the others if someone doesn't clean his/her stuff properly :D Hygiene and order is important to us. We are goal oriented people and full of energy. We laugh a lot and always have a great time together.
