Ich biete ein kleines, aber sehr helles Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete in meiner zweier WG an. Es ist eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht und hat ein Fenster zum ruhigen Innenhof.
Die Wohnung verfügt ansonsten über eine geräumige Wohnküche die natürlich genutzt werden kann.
Ich bin eine 34-jährige Studentin, die den ganzen Tag arbeitet, gerne kocht und regelmäßig Freunde zu Spieleabenden einlädt. Am Wochenende genieße ich es, Zeit am See zu verbringen
Mir ist ein soziales respektvolles Miteinander wichtig. Du solltest auch wissen, dass in meiner WG zwei freundliche ältere Katzen leben und ich machmal auch einen Hund zu Gast habe, daher solltest du generell keine Probleme mit Tieren haben.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe von Supermärkten und 5 min von der U-Bahnlinie U8 was eine gute Anbindung ermöglicht.

I offer a small, but very bright room for subletting in my two-person flat share. It is furnished with everything you need and has a window facing the quiet courtyard. The apartment also has a spacious living kitchen that can be used, of course. I am a 34-year-old student who works all day, enjoys cooking, and regularly invites friends over for game nights. On weekends, I enjoy spending time at the lake.
A social and respectful coexistence is important to me. You should also know that in my flat share, two friendly older cats live, and sometimes I also have a dog as a guest, so you should generally be comfortable with animals.
The apartment is located near supermarkets and a 5-minute walk from the U8 subway line, which provides good transportation connections.
