Hallo ihr Lieben,
ich suche für mein Zimmer eine Zwischenmiete für 6 Monate vom 01. Juli (gerne auch schon ab dem 20 Juni) bis voraussichtlich 28. November. Da ich nach 2 wunderschönen Jahren hier in Berlin einen Ortswechsel wage.
Mein Zimmer ist ca. 22 qm groß. Der Raum ist rechteckig geschnitten und direkten Zugang zum Balkon. Auch Parken ist bei uns kein Problem.
Der große Balkon mit Abstellkammer ist mein persönliches Highlight. Er lädt fast immer zum gemeinsam essen oder Sonne genießen ein. Außerdem haben wir eine Waschmaschine und eine kleine Spülmaschine und eben alles was man zum Leben braucht :) Hinterm Haus ist auch ein großer Garten, den wir mitbenutzen dürfen und wir haben ein Kellerabteil für uns.
Die Miete beinhaltet alle Kosten, inklusive Strom und Wlan.
Die Möbel (Bett, 1 Kommode, 1 kleines Schränkchen) lasse ich da. Über die Details können wir gerne beim Kennenlernen genauer quatschen, je nachdem, was du gerne übernehmen möchtest.

I'm looking for an interim rental for my room for 6 months from July 1st (also possible from June 20th) until probably November 28th. After 2 wonderful years here in Berlin, I decided its time for an adventure again.
My room is about 22 square meters. The room has a nice window and direct access to the balcony. Parking is also no problem here.
The large balcony with a storage room is my personal highlight. It almost always invites you to eat together or enjoy the sun. We have a washing and a small dishwasher, which makes our lifes so much more comfortable :) There is also a large garden behind the house, which we are allowed to use and a cellar compartment for ourselves. The rent includes everything already, like electricity and WiFi.
I am leaving the furniture (bed, 1 dresser, 1 small cupboard) and would be happy to leave it to you, as I will probably be moving out of the shared flat completely after the 5 months. We can talk about the details when we get to talk in person.
Die Wohnung ist im 3.OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses mit Aufzug in Reinickendorf/Wedding. Aldi ist 4 min zu Fuß. Einfach die Straße runter. Lidl ist 10 min entfernt.
Deine Anbindungen ist die U-Bahn Station Paracelsus Bad (U8) mit direkter Anbindung nach Mitte. Zu Fuß brauchst du ca. 10 min zur Station, mit dem Fahrrad sind es dann gerade mal 5 min. Du bist also in 30 min am Alexanderplatz. Typisch Berlin eben. Außerdem gibt es noch die S-Bahnstation Alt-Reinickendorf (S25), die auch in 7 min erreichbar ist. Um die Ecke hält auch der Bus 120, der über Wedding direkt durchfährt bis zum Hauptbahnhof.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor with a charming old elevator in a quiet street on the edge of Reinickendorf/Wedding.
Aldi is 4 min walk, just down the street.
Lidl is 10 min away.
Your connections are the subway station Paracelsus Bad (U8), which goes directly to Mitte. It's about a 10-minute walk to the station and just 5 minutes by bike. So you can be at Alexanderplatz in 30 minutes. There is also the Alt-Reinickendorf S-Bahn station (s25), which can also be reached in 7 minutes. The Bus stop (120) is just around the corner and takes you to Wedding in 15-20 minutes.
Du wohnst mit Muxsa zusammen. Sie ist aus Bolivien und lebt seit ca. 6 Jahren in Deutschland.
Sie arbeitet seit einem Monat für die D&I-Abteilung, ist super entspannt, liebt die Natur, geht gerne tanzen, Yoga, Trekking und liebt es neues Essen auszuprobieren.
Wir würden sowohl Online als auch Vor-Ort Besichtigungen durchführen, je nachdem was Dir lieber ist.

You'll live with Muxsa. She is from Bolivia and has been living in Germany for about 6 years.
She's super relaxed, works for D&I department, loves nature, going dancing, a good book, yoga, trekking and of course trying new food. It"s really important to us, that everbody feels comfortable and at home.
We would do both online and on-site visits, depending on what you prefer.
